To Lose Weight Focus is to Develop Good Eating Habits


1, to develop good eating habits. (All drinks, snacks, do not eat)
  2.Breakfast is recommended to eat: soy milk a cup or a glass of milk, yogurt + egg or whole wheat bread + a fruit half. Remember, Breakfast three food as well, it is best to be eaten and would not be hungry. ponder over the slow habits must develop.
  3.About 40 minutes before lunch and dinner, eating apple (If there is no apple, you could drink a glass of water). If you have conditions , before a meal to drink a bowl of soup (soup drink more much does not matter, but must be at the staple food before soup).
  4.Noon must eat staple foodeat less, such as one or two of rice or a floret volume). To eat more vegetables and  less meat, greasy stuff as much as possible do not eat. Cooking should put less oil and salt, you could eat fish but eat steamed or stew, do not eat fried fish. About to eat meat absolutely can not eat barbecue, fried meat( far away from KFC, McDonald's).
  Eat slowly is very importantbecause of a long time,  in fact, something less intake, food did not eat much but there will be satiety.
  5.dinner is very important. time to eat dinner around 17:00 best(I must eat up before 18:00)at the latest not more than 19:00, eat less, eat until not hungry you can stop(I do not eat staple food now and  eat less vegetables).To lose weight, eat less food first, And then stop eat the staple food And then eat less vegetables, finally, the fruit instead of dinner. Continue for some time to completely ,you could stop eat dinner.

   When you eat fruit - eating an apple

   When you drink tea - drinking oolong tea
